Delicious Key Lime Smoothie

Key Lime Smoothie Ingredients ( makes 3 servings)

  • 1 ripe avocado, pitted and skinned

  • 2 handfuls organic greens

  • 1/2 c pineapple

  • 1/3 c key lime juice

  • 2 c. pure coconut water

  • 2 handfuls of ice

  • stevia extract to taste

Preparation:

Place all ingredients in a Vitamix blender (or similar high powered blender) and purée until smooth. Enjoy immediately.
